I can't speak highly enough about this service. My fiancee and I realized how much we hated going to the laundromat so we decided to budget for a laundry service. Not only did Laundryagogo provide consistent, timely service but we ended up paying the same amount as we would have going to the laundromat - and we had peace of mind! They fold everything impeccably well (and this coming from someone who used to fold clothes for a living as a merchandiser), and they adhered to our special requests each time. I recommend them to everyone . If you're on the fence, at least give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.

I decided to use Laundryagogo for the convenience of not having to leave my location. I found the website and filled out a laundry pickup request form. It was easy to do. I had some questions and called into the customer service number. I was very pleased with the friendly service and information that I received. I set my laundry outside my door as requested. It was returned the following day. Everything was finished properly, folded, and all I had to do was put it away. It couldn't have been easier.

I am very satisfied with the results of the entire process.

Even though this costs more per pound, the convenience of having it picked up and dropped at my door was worth it. Text and/or emails letting me know the status of the process is definitely a plus.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff From the moment I first contacted Laundry a Go Go, their team was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Scheduling a pick-up was seamless, and the staff ensured that all my specific needs were met with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel valued as a customer right from the start.

This is the best wash and fold service I have used. Always on time with pickup and delivery. Everything is always neatly folded in plastic and they use rubber bands for socks and misc items. Items are grouped together well.
I have never had any issues with misplaced or lost clothing.

I greatly appreciate the service I get from Pasadena Laundry via "Laundry-a-GoGo", especially the special care they give my clothes, and the personalized delivery service by driver Terry. He has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to accommodate my schedule and special needs, as have the wonderful owners and launderette staff. I recommend their pick-up and delivery services to all my local friends. I've tried others and been dissatisfied, am now a loyal customer.
